PROJECT TITLE: Self-Efficacy in Clinical Nurse Specialists During the COVID-19 Pandemic

RESEARCHERS: The Responsible Principal Investigator (RPI) and faculty advisor is Pamela Bishop, PhD, RN, CNS-BC. The Co-Principal Investigator (Co-PI) is Wendy Greenwood, MS, RN, AGCNS-BC, CPAN, CNOR, a doctorate in nursing practice (DNP) student at Old Dominion University.
This research project is to examine the perceived self-efficacy of the CNS working across the United States. Additionally, this project will explore whether there is a difference in perceived self-efficacy of CNSs based on work setting (spheres of impact), or a correlation between perceived self-efficacy of CNSs working during the COVID-19 pandemic and demographic characteristics.
