Do you have a National Provider Identifier (NPI)?

A National Provider Identifier is a unique number assigned to healthcare providers. It is used during billing practices but also helps identify the workforce and population of CNSs and other providers regardless of billing. As a CNS, you can obtain your National Provider Identifier by creating an account and applying for free through the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System here.
